I've chatted with them online and they advise these transactional emails are blocked by talktalk.net which they cannot fix from their end.

Hi Teresa, I ran 7 day scans on both email addresses you provided. Neither showed up as rejected in the scan. Meaning its unlikely that we bounced those messages. Did they give you any error codes that they received when the mail bounced?
