Hi, we have been having intermittent problems for the last year or so, receiving emails from two of our email addresses. We have had them for many years and use them for our business. Clients get the message that the email address is not found.
Most recently, today, I received this error message when I tried to send an email to one of the email addresses (being used by my wife).

Your message wasn't delivered to xyz@talktalk.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 10Ovq2uGrzN2z Recipient Undeliverable (TT512)
(xyz is obviously not the ream email address.)
We are both using Outlook 365 on Windows PC/laptop.

I might have partly solved the issue - this one was due to the email settings blocking the email sender's address. I have set up a filtering rule to allow it.
This could be the case for other of our external client's email addresses that get blocked.
