I have been unable to send emails now on my Laptop for over a week. I just get the message "an error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request". It didn't concern me too much because I was able to save a draft and then send it from my I-Phone. However, this morning my I-Phone gave me the same message, so now I can't send any emails at all.

Can you please tell me what to do to sort this, thank you.

Thank you for this. If I may kindly ask, have you tried accessing your emails using a different device? If so, are you able to send an email using that particular different device?

I just tried to send an email again and now I'm getting the message " Cannot send Mail - The connection to the outgoing server "smtp.talktalk.net failed.

 

So, still not working!!!!!!

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependent upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example, a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.
