I have 3 email addresses on my account ( one for myself and 2 for my sons) but only one is able to send emails, mine!! Any ideas? Please help.

Hi again,
I’m not sure because they’re not my email addresses. They were having emails to subscribe to Every Mail but I told them not to do anything because their addresses were linked to my account and customer services were sorting it. Now, every time they try to send an email, they get a message to say they need to subscribe!!

Hi there,
The two emails addresses that are unable to send emails are,
matr********@talktalk.net and cjro******@talktalk.net. These are both my 2 sons' email addresses.
My email address is crog*****@talktalk.net. I have no issues with mine, just both my sons.

Hello,
I am a broadband customer and customer services sorted by email with Everymail. I have not subscribed to Everymail.
I have no problem with my email address.
I have a problem with my son’s email addresses. They both can’t send emails!!
Both emails are on my account and I understand I can have up to 5 email addresses linked to my account.

@Bodger2, I understand that you’re currently a broadband account holder with TalkTalk and that you’ve also subscribed to Every Mail. Just a quick note: since you’re now registered with Every Mail, any issues related to the email address you used for that subscription will need to be addressed directly with Every Mail.
Just to be sure of this, if I ma kindly ask, have you received any confirmation that you are subscribed to Every Mail?
