I have 3 email addresses on my account ( one for myself and 2 for my sons) but only one is able to send emails, mine!! Any ideas? Please help.

If you sent a Private Message after c 6pm, @Bodger2, you won't get a staff reply until they are back on here during the day.
However staff were asking you to add the relevant email address(es) in Private Notes.
You access this are by going via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. Private Notes is further down in that area. You then need to scroll down further to find SAVE CHANGES.
Private Notes is not the same as communicating by Private Message, @Bodger2.

The following email addresses are unable to send emails,
I was a talktalk customer many years ago, then I went to sky and then returned so I don’t know whether I had a previously disconnected account. I’ve always retained my email address,
Please note, that I have problems with my email address.

@Bodger2 Please return to your private notes and list all the TalkTalk emails you have. And just to confirm you only have one account with TalkTalk? there is no previously disconnected account?

Hello again,
I don’t know whether I’ve left it long enough but my sons are still unable to send emails using the addresses mentioned in our private notes!! Please help.

Yes, when using the fore mentioned 2 email addresses.
I have no problem sending emails when I use my email address.

No problem at all, you have also mentioned you are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account, is that correct?

Therefore, there’ll be 3 emails addresses linked to my account.
