Unable to send emails

I have 3 email addresses on my account ( one for myself and 2 for my sons) but only one is able to send emails, mine!! Any ideas? Please help.

Hello again,
Yes, initially I did. I contacted customer services and they said because my account was under my gmail address it would take a couple of days to sort out my talktalk email address (that I’ve had for at least 30 years) so I could send emails as they were suspended. They also told me that when it was sorted, I would be able to add further email addresses. I didn’t need to add them as they were already showing on my account. All 3 email addresses are highlighted as ‘ADMIN’ but only the one email can send emails!!

Hi @Bodger2, thank you for getting back to us, if you have an active broadband account with TalkTalk, you do not need to subscribe to Every mail. Did you get any comms advising you that you will need to subscribe to Every mail or that you will no longer be able to use your email services?

Hello,

Yes, I am a broadband customer. I spoke to customer services a few weeks ago to transfer to Everymail and I think I’ve transferred as I am now able to send emails. I have 2 other emails addresses linked to my account which are unable to send emails. On trying to send emails (using the other 2 email addresses), a pop up window comes up to say, they need to subscribe!!

Are you a broadband customer?

 

Have any of your emails received an email regarding transferring to Everymail or do they display a red banner when you log in to Webmail?
