Unusual "hard-bounce" information when trying to communicate with talktalk.net

I am a member of TripAdvisor, registering with my TalkTalk. net email address giving help and advice to fellow travellers. When you post a rep[y there is a button to press if you want to keep in touch with the topic. This generates or should generate an automatic notification email to my Outlook desktop from TA (I do not use TT webmail) notifying me that there had been further posts to topics to which I am subscribed. However on two occasions this year I did not receive notifications on several topics to which I was subscribed. I referred this issue to TA who investigated and put it right. Last Tuesday 3rd December this happened again but after reporting it TA replied:

"our engineering team who confirmed that we have narrowed the problem down to be with your email domain that you are using “talktalk.net”.
After having undergone several testing, we can confirm that we get unusual "hard-bounce" information when trying to communicate with talktalk.net.
As we have identified that the issue lies with your domain provider, there is nothing that we can do on our end."
Their recommendation was "We recommend to update your member accounts email address to a widely popular domain provider, like aol.com or gmx.net."
Can you shed a light on what this means and why now after I have used this email address on TA since 2009 except for a gap from 2019 to 2023 due to personal reasons.

Hi Arandora, please send me a personal message with the senders email address and I'll run a 7 day scan for bounced/deferred mails from that sender.
