Hi,
When I try to log onto webmail directly from my PC I get an error "User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)" - this is via web address https://apps-legacy.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX
Also, Outlook on my PC is not managing to sync and pick up new emails.
However, on my Phone I can both log on to the webmail via a browser, and also am getting Outlook updating correctly with new emails.
It is as if my PC has somehow been blocked from accessing my email, but my phone has not. Could some kind of IP-specific barring have been activated, perhaps?

I had exactly the same issue with webmail this morning. The error message is quite alarming. It would be nice for some sort of better message or link from the log in page rather than having to come here to find the solution bit as a legacy pipex user i have come to expect very little support from talk talk other than through the excellent people in thhis community

If your mailbox has just been migrated to the new mail platform then you just need to change the bookmark for the mail login on your PC.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in. Delete the old Bookmark and save the new Bookmark.
