accessing emails

Have had difficulty accessing my emails this week. I have to keep retrying until eventually emails load. Is there some problem at the moment with talktalk email?

There has been a problem with access to the mailbox server that I reported to TalkTalk on 17th. My report was ignored.

The Sun newspaper reported on the 'unknown' issue on 20th which is when TalkTalk eventually got around to 'fixing' the issue.

However, there were still obvious mailbox access problems post 20th including this morning 23rd although TalkTalk posted at 11:39 that the issue should be resolved.

So, you tell us. Are you still having a problem with webmail? With email software / email apps?
