If using TalkTalk Mail webmail or a fully synchronised IMAP email account then deleted emails are moved to the Trash folder where they will remain for 30 days. You can recover them from there.
If you have permanently deleted and made no personal backup then there's no recovery possible as TalkTalk do not offer a backup service.

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail tinyworld email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in. Look at the Trash folder.
