I have 2 legacy accounts @dsl.pipex emails got to them even from talktalk but I cannot open them. as soon as I try the system negates my passwords when I try to change they send the code to the email I am trying to open and the code does not come to my registered phone.
Any ideas please

Sorry have not answered to your Friday message until now for some reason TalkTalk put your notification into my TalkTalk junk folder which seems strange seeing that it was coming from a signed in TalkTalk account to a TalkTalk account. Yes following your suggestion I was able to retreave those accounts thanks very much.
It has been ages since I have been active on the Community used to be on it very often in my younger day's.

So you were able to go to the Mailbox Manager at, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/ and deal with everything, like changing passwords etc ? Everything OK now?

I have always carried on using them as sign in to different well used apps, I am a broadband customer of TalkTalk since they took over from Pipex many years ago. In manage my mailbox they are both there but cannot open them .
I am just making good the answer to your question above as giving it another hour since I have now opened them and changed the passwords many thanks.

How long ago is it when you have been using those @dsl.pipex email addresses normally?
Can you see those email addresses when you log in to the Mailbox Manager at, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/login ?
Are you a current TalkTalk broadband customer, in addition to having 2 legacy TalkTalk email addresses?
