how do attach files from my pc to an email,  was ok before now where is it

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

I'll assume you're using a desktop browser and to start composing a message select the New email button. A New email modal will open.

At the bottom of the New email modal you'll see the Send button and to the right of that there is a paperclip icon.

• Select the paperclip icon
  This is to add attachments
• Select Add local file
  Select the file from your computer

Even simpler using a mobile browser

• Select the pencil icon top right
  This is to start composing a New email message
• Select Attachments (top of New email screen)
  Navigate to the attachment on your mobile device
  Select to add
