Hi, I'm really loosing patience with the Talk Talk   team on chat, as nobody understands my query and I just get passed around the office !     I am the account holder and my email address and password are fine to login with.     I set up a Talk Talk email address for my Husband 10 years ago which was working fine until Tues 06/05/2025 ,  when his email password stopped working.  with no idea to reset his password as when he's goes to reset your password and types in his email address he doesn't receive anything.   Has anybody idea whats happened, If so how does he get a new password ?  As the email address is still live we just can't open it.

Hi Kanya ,     the problem is he cannot access any talktalk mail at all. All we need is how to renew his password.

Hi @BettyBoop5 how are you trying to retrieve your husband's emails, app, browser etc.

If you/he are using a browser try clearing the cache and disabling any pop up blockers.
