Thanks for your prompt replies, from the web mail window, I clicked on the setting icon, then at the top of the popup window i selected All Settings.  Another window was displayed and on the bottom left of that window was Your Data, I chose that and then I selected the download all data. Its now downloading a message says that it could take a few hours or days but will send me anemail when completed.

Depends on the program you use to access.

 

There is usually a save or export function.

 

Best thing to do is use your programmes helps function and search save .... Whichever aspect it is you wish to save be it mail, contacts etc.
