Sent e-mails even simple one line messages to an individual with no attachments end up in recipients spam folder. This affects all 3 of my Talktalk e-mail accounts. I have had the same e-mail adresses for many years and had very few problems.

The problem seems independent of recipients e-mail provider.  G-mail, BT internet etc.

Router switched off for over an hour. Sent test e-mail to my g-mail account. Went into spam folder with message 'This message is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past' I hardly ever use one of my Talktalk accounts and then only to one individual without attachments.

Hi,

In case your IP has been marked as one sending out spam, try turning of your router for at least 30 minutes and then retest.

This will start a new session.

Please let us know how you get on.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
