I have recently been unable to send any emails from my talktalk email account, a message comes up saying that i have been blocked from sending emails.
This happens on both Microsoft Outlook platform and also through the talktalk email website platform.
I have changed the password to something that has never been used before (as advised on other blogs) but this has not helped, emails are still not sending. I have tried various recipients but no emails send.
Can you please unblock me?

Hello, sinceearly January I have been trying to get somebody to respond / phone me about code error554 which is stopping me send e-mails . I have spent hours going round and ound and round on web chats and other Talktalk sites ; even employed a very expensive computer consultant. ann to NO avail. Just spent 2 hours on "web chat" with a friendly person but did not seem to understand that as you stopped my access surely only YOU can restore it. I asked to be transfered to a supervisor and nothing happened.
Totally frustrated as as You cannot fulfill your side of the contract that both parties entered into, i have little option to cancel the contract and seek damages and costs plus refund of payments made.
I hereby give you written 30 day notice that should the problem not be sorted, I intend to take out a Small claims court summons for such.

I’m exactly the same my email works ok for now but my wife’s email sent emails all blocked tried outlook and talktalk webmail have changed password but still unable to send did see they are doing backend maintenance that might be the problem they should let everyone know I’ve been scratching my head for the last two hours have tried to get in touch with talktalk but gave up

Hi George5471, our system shows you've not got a formal block on the mailbox. Please reset the password for the mailbox using a new never used before password. Once that's done sending should return to normal. Please let me know how you get on.

I have also just found Emails are not going from Lineone to Gmail and also one sent from Stock Exchange to Gmail didn't arrive....can that also be associated?....33JM81
