emails from talktalk in sent folder but not inbox on webmail

Hi

I was having problems with email on Thunderbird, so switched to webmail to test. When I send a test email to myself, it appears in the sent folder, but is not arriving in my inbox. Anyone having similar problems? Any solutions? Thanks

I have been having issues for weeks. My inbox says I have new emails, but they do not automatically show up in my inbox. I have spent two days talking to talk talk, each time ending with a promise that someone will call me, but I have given up waiting. This all happened around the time that the new app was launched. I have found that if I put the letter A in my inbox search bar, I can see my New emails. The other really annoying thing is that I have been inundated with phishing emails supposedly from talking talk, which I have been forwarding on to talk talk.

My address is talktalk, so not necessarily to do with tiscali - could be, but seems unlikely if it's the same problem. I guess we wait for the internet gods to sort it out.

Hi There,

Yes, absolutely identical issue.  I've been trying to resolve this for about three hours.  As you say, the problem still exists directly with webmail.  I first noticed an issue this morning when I attempted to email a website link to myself using the ios mail app on iphone.  Tried the same with Outlook in Windows and finally, TalkTalk web mail.  I have an old Tiscali mail address so I'm not sure if this could be to do with the issue..
