put my computer on this morning and all my emails have disappeared, along with my contact lists. Can I get these back.

Have you by any chance clicked on a link within an email that asked for your password?

Losing emails, and especially contacts can be symptom of a malicious attack.

Just to be safe I'd suggest running a virus and malware scan and then reset your password to the email account.

If you haven't done so I'd recommend setting up recovery email and phone numbers on your Email account.

As @Gliwmaeden2 says, once they have been deleted, unfortunately they have gone.

If they are not showing up in webmail and there's no sign of them in the recycle bin, they are gone for good, @caravancookie.

It's something that appears to happen occasionally with Talktalk emails so always make a habit of keeping copies in another format / back up elsewhere if anything could be really important.
