yes, i filled the form in, and put my current active talktalk account number in. Looks like the email addresses i use, must be linked to my previous talktalk account. So they just require linking to my current account thx

No, there's a form that's completed to stop incorrect comms from being sent to you. This also helps show you have an active account. Thanks

@Dezzz when you say form, do you mean the private notes field? If so this is not having completed a form, just information to allow the form to be completed by staff.

If the account number used is from the new account, then you won't have a problem. Is that account already disconnected because I'm sure whoever filled the form for you must've used an active account. Thanks

yes , i have filled the form in, i think the issue, is when i move to talktalk fibre, from talktalk broadband, the fibre is a brand new account, and my emails are linked to the original account. Will the form i have filled in sort this problem out? thanks

i received similar emails previously, and after online chat was informed it is just a notification, because i am currently a talktalk broadband customer. Then i received the email in the screenshot today.
