existing long term customer lost one of my e mail addresses

Please can someone tell me how to get this address back?

I was told when re-newing that all my email addresses would be safe and I cannot sign in to it? and how do I access and handle the emails now?

@*Neone* did you access the Private Notes area?

 

It is labelled as such further down from the Personal Information options in the Profile area. 

 

Only you and Talktalk staff have access there. Remember to SAVE CHANGES.

Private notes on your community profile you can add the email address there, also please confirm if you have received any communication from us about their email account being migrated to Everymail?

Please put all your email addresses in Private Notes, and complete your community forum profile details including your account number in Personal Information.

 

To find the profile area, @*Neone*, go via your avatar, settings......once completed SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will complete a form that needs to be processed on your behalf, to keep your emails functioning, included as a current broadband customer.
