hi

the last few times I turned on the computer the first thing that comes up is a blue square with OX App Suite and put email address and password I do this and it then says wrong password and user account is not activated so to get to my email log in page I have to go to favourites page and click on TalkTalk home page to get to my emails and everything else.

Just to follow up and say that TalkTalk have now corrected this omission and the alternate webmail / netmail sign in names that some legacy users may still have bookmarked will now bring up the standard TalkTalk Mail webmail sign in page.

If that sign in method works for you then that's perfect. I have the webmail sign in for apps.talktalk.co.uk on my browser toolbar.

 

In due course expect to see an email from TalkTalk with the mailbox migration details.

I've obscured the OX App Suite sign in screenshot as it was revealing your email address.  Thank you for taking the time to capture that sign in screen.

 

The accepted sign in for TalkTalk Mail is apps.talktalk.co.uk and if you use that sign in then your email address and its password will work and take you to your mailbox.

 

The security certificate for apps.talktalk.co.uk does also list webmail.talktalk.co.uk as one of several alternative names. The webmail.talktalk.co.uk was the one you were using I assume from a saved bookmark. Normally I'd expect that to work. But any of the alternative names bring up the OX App Suite login version 8.14.2 which indicates to me that it's the login for the new OX Cloud 8 mail platform that hasn't yet been customised or made ready for TalkTalk.

 

Because our mailboxes haven't yet been migrated to the new platform the user will see: The user account is not activated. (LGI-0013).

 

So, just stick with the standard accepted sign in at apps.talktalk.co.uk and wait for the email to arrive from TalkTalk giving you your upgrade date and further details.

If somehow your computer has picked up a login page for OX App Suite then your TalkTalk Mail email address and password will not work. To be able to understand what you see it would be useful to see a screenshot and to know the website address for that screen. Upload here using the camera icon above this reply area.

 

To sign in to your mailbox select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
