when I send an email to a Google account it goes into their Spam folder

This is a known issue affecting Gmail and Hotmail.

 

Google and Microsoft are working with TalkTalk to find a solution.

 

Staff here will pass your details onto the tech team to add to those already under investigation.

 

Sometimes getting your contacts to add you to their approved contacts helps.
