not receiving any emails from my kids who have gmail addresses!

My children live overseas and I am 89, and now I cannot get their emails and the links they are sending me for our weekly online family meetings. Needless to say, one of my kids is writing this message on my behalf. Hoping that TalkTalk fixes this problem asap. I see others are having the same issue and we are being asked to log our own messages, so here is mine.

Hi all, We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.

This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues.
