You don't have to forward  a separate email.

You can move the email from the Spam folder to the Inbox folder,  @marksg

unless you have changed terms or settings I have had the same email address since the Tiscali days that’s how long I have been with you and I have always sent photos from my phone to my email for years and it’s only stopped working recently

Can you please check your email settings or rules if there are rules or settings that are blocking attachments (pictures) Thanks

I can send a written email but as soon as I send a photo to myself it goes straight into my junk folder. If I send a photo to another email address it lists as sent but they don't receive it

No worries. I use AirDrop to move photos to my Mac if I need to, I thought there may be something similarly easy for other platforms.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

OK, at least you have a workaround. Are you using TalkTalk webmail, or a third-party client? Hopefully somebody can tbhen advise further.

Have you considered another means for moving photos from one device to another?
