I have received mulitple reminders to sign up to Everymail, even though I have been an active Talktalk customer for years.
I have added my talktalk email that I would like to continue to use to my private notes and would be grateful if you could ensure that my email account does not stop working.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Good morning golight. Thank you for confirming. I will fill in a form for you to stop receiving comms regarding this as you do have an active broadband account with us and you shouldn't be receiving these comms.  This request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days.

Dear Siphosethu,

I am still receiving email to my talktalk.net email account, however, I am unable to send any email. I have tried it via the Talktalk Webmail, but also my PC email client. Attached are the screen shots.

I have received also another reminder from Talktalk to sign up to Everymail.

Thank you and Kind Regards!

Hi there @golight, thank you for confirming that for me. Are you able to send and receive emails?

Dear Angelique,

When I sign into Webmail I do get the reminder that I have to sign up to Everymail.
As per the emails that I have received, this should not apply to active broadband customers. As I am an active broadband customer, it would be great if you could ensure my email account stays active in the current format.

Good morning golight. Please confirm if the sign-up option is available when you login to your email account?
