policy reasons preventing an email being sent

for a random reason which is never explained and unknown, but called a policy reason, some of my emails are not being sent but refused by the TT server. THIS IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. The only link I can see is that it does not like a thread of emails with 2 or 3 or 4 previous emails in the thread. It affects many different addressees and addresses and there seems to be no pattern. no-one has explained it. it has only been happening perhaps this year and seems to follow a change of email provider or server programs by TT.

PLEASE PLEASE CAN you help solve the problem.  NOW.  thank you.

I have given you all this information already!!
 
If you read through ALL that is ALL the private messages I have received and sent you since last Thursday when this thread started, you will find - 
 
1      the error message I received through eMClient about  not being sent for a policy reason, and
 
2        a list of the log entries in eMClient at the same time, and
 
3        details of the error message I saw when I tried to send the same message via webmail which referred to an internal server error.
 
ALL the information is there for you to see and read if you will kindly please go back and read it for yourself.
 
In addition, I raised the same issue back in February/March this year 2025 and gave the same information. I have copied that on to A4 pages in a Word document. If you tell me how to send that to you I will do so and you can then read for yourself what happened then which is pretty identical to what is happening now.
 
May I respectfully suggest that you do not seem to understand what I am saying and how to resolve the issue. Please would you ESCALATE this issue and complaint to your Team Leader or Supervisor or the more experienced Technical Dept. As I have mentioned this problem several times AND NO-ONE SEEMS TO HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO.
 
PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS ASAP HOW I AM ASKING.

Hello, @Bruce5, thank you for reaching out to us regarding the difficulties you are experiencing with sending emails. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when it seems to occur without a clear explanation, we are sorry for all this. Are you receiving any specific error messages when your emails are not sent? If so, could you please share those with us in private, please also confirm the email client or application you are using to send your emails, also in private.
