I keep receiving the email about my email acount being deleted BECAUSE I AM NOT A TALKTALK BROADBAND CUSTOMER.  However I AM a TalkTalk customer - account number xxxxxx and registered phone number xxxxxxx.  The email address in question is: xxxxxxxx

I understand that it is not linked to my broadband account and I am unable to link it.  Help needed please!!!

Thank you, I have also removed the email address and mobile number that was in public, I was able to escalate this for you so that you will not receive comms again regarding the email changes since you have broadband services with us and you will not be affected by this change. Also, for the email to be linked and a relevant team will be in contact with you as soon as they receive the escalation:).

I have removed all the personal information details from your post.

 

For future reference, all that information goes in the profile area of the forum, which only you and Talktalk staff can access.

 

This prevents scammers from exploiting the information that you post.

 

Go via your avatar; settings: Personal Information. Put account details in there. Add the email address that needs to be kept in the Private Notes area further down. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

If you are communicating by PM you can pick up messages when alerted by a number beside your avatar. 

 

Please never post personal information details in the public thread. I've removed the mobile number etc now from your second post too.
