I was scammed last Monday, 30 September.  I took my laptop to be checked and was told that I had been scammed by Talktalk itself.  Before I klnew that I rang the Talktalk number to advise that I had been scammed.  I was told twice that I would be called back but that did not happen.

Will someone please tell me what has happened to my account and who has scammed me.

Thank you.

Severus

Hi severus, do you mean you replied to a phishing scam that used a hoaxed talktalk email address or pretending to be a mail from TalkTalk in some other way? If you have there's nothing we can do for you.

Perhaps you can explain just how you feel you have been scammed

TalkTalk are a reputable company and whilst may make errors they would most certainly not scam you.

Using the term scam is very emotive, so please as requested, details your issue .

Thank you
