I have set up "sub" address books for quick reference to groups extracted from my full address list. Is there a way to select the entire contents of a "sub" lists as one action . At present each name has to be individually ticked off

To create a new Distribution List
- Sign in to your TalkTalk Mail mailbox and select the Address Book (person icon) on the blue header
- Select the drop down menu via the down chevron to the right of the New contact button
- Select New distribution list and the Distribution List modal will open
- Enter a title for your new list
- Select contacts from the existing Address book via the Address book icon to the right of the Add contact box
- Or add contacts manually, as described
- Create list
- The new list will be entered in Alphabetical order with the existing contacts in the Address book
- The Distribution list can be selected in the same way as selecting individual contacts when composing a new email
Does this help you?

A uniquely named Distribution List added to your Address Book can be selected when composing a new email. All addresses in that List will be added as recipients.
