I've been getting messages saying "you are overquota". I've no idea if these come from talk talk or if they are spam.  Please tell me.

Hi spalding, you need to delete some of the mails in your mailbox. You have reached maximum capacity 10gb.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
