Is icloud.com the domain for the recipient email address?

I was asking for the domain of the sender email address. You have referred to the email account as a TalkTalk account. I was checking whether it is a talktalk.net account or one of the other domains that TalkTalk has acquired.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.

I don't know why you are seeing the rejection message with such small attachments. That is a question for the Everymail team managing the email servers. What domain is the email address?

I have just done some testing with a taltalk.net email account using Thunderbird. I only got the same rejection message that you have if the attachment size exceeds 10MB.
