Hi, I had a problem last year that Ady kindly sorted with Sainsbury emails -- now i have same problem with Tesco.! i am not receiveing the confirmation emails from placing the online grocery order nor the delivery receipt ,with substitutions etc on the day. This has just started.. I am wondering if other have this problem too and can you sort like you did the Sainsbury one.. Thanks

I just wanted to add myself into this Topic because I haven't been receiving emails from Tesco, (Order Confirmations, Order Changes or Receipts) all that come from the address no-reply@mail.tesco.com if that helps, since the 30th of January. I was receiving emails on the 25th of January so the problem must've started between then.

exactly. had all this last year with Sainsburys - for months, emailing phoning and tech team then i found this forum and it finally got sorted ,so i contacted not long after this started with Tesco and hope it gets sorted quickly this time !!!! Sue

It’s a pain. I had a grocery delivery due earlier that hasn’t arrived as the van has broken down and got a text message saying should be here by 8.30. Not confident it will arrive as they usually cancel. It’s the wrong time for no emails here.

Same here, but with my sports club confirmation emails. I know they are still being sent, but am not receiving them at my talktalk email address.

Same issue here. I have spoken with Tesco customer service who are aware of the problem with Talk Talk. They state they are working together to get this resolved.
