Hi, I had a problem last year that Ady kindly sorted with Sainsbury emails -- now i have same problem with Tesco.! i am not receiveing the confirmation emails from placing the online grocery order nor the delivery receipt ,with substitutions etc on the day. This has just started.. I am wondering if other have this problem too and can you sort like you did the Sainsbury one.. Thanks

Same problem with Tesco, new to me, until recently I was receiving ads from Tesco and confirmation of my orders. Suddenly with yesterdays order the only communications are via text messages. I don't suppose I will receive the receipt which also shows what is not coming with the order. v. annoying.

I also am now not receiving any tesco emails either. I've been intouch with them and they say it's a talktalk issue.

I too am not receiving emails from TESCO. This needs sorting. TESCO say the problems lie with talktalk.

Hi, I have spoken to Tesco a few times - they advise the problem is at the TalkTalk end.

Spoke to the people at tesco click and collect. They said other people have reported same problem to tesco knows about it.

I've opened an incident ticket for this issue. I've added all those of you reporting it here on the community. Hopefully, they'll quickly find the fault and fix it.

@lilyflower, @Tingle77, @Jane1058, @rgs227 @pudsam, if you all post on the same thread, it looks like only one incident to the automated workflow.
It's also meant that it will be at least Wednesday before staff reply - your posts pushed her topic back in the queue for attention.
It will be far more effective in giving Talktalk an appreciation of the number of people affected if you each return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number etc in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES.
