I raised this 2 weeks ago. I am still not receiving Tesco emails reliably. They either don't come at all or occaisionally come hours or days late. I had an hour long "chat" with an operative who wanted me to pay £50 to receive emails to my talktalk account. Yes I do have an account until May this year. He then told me I had to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. The instruction was in capitals. I felt pressured and not confident so ended the chat, after I told him that I wanted to raise a formal complaint. I have heard nothing about that. In December I was told that I needed to pay £60 for a booster to improve my wifi signal. I live in a small 2 bed bungalow! It would seem that Talktalk are only interested in getting more money from customers. I have only ever been with Talktalk, for approx 18 years, or more, but will not be renewing my contract again.

Hi Fedupnow1, this issue has been going on for quite a while. If you want to make a complaint you can do so the instructions are at the bottom of every TalkTalk webpage.
