I have a tiscali email account as my default and a talktalk address as a 2nd one I am using thunderbird as my email client. I cannot pick up emails from the tiscali address but the talktalk address works perfectly. Help please

Hi @E4B1940 

Ensure that both TalkTalk email addresses are getting through TalkTalk webmail access (https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/) as expected.

Then check your settings for your talktalk.net address in Thunderbird.
