The toolbar has disappeared from my Talktalk webmail which means that I can no longer delete selected emails. Can anyone suggest how I can restore the toolbar or another way to delete selected messages. The only option I can find deletes all messages. Thanks

Problem has resolved itself today with the reappearance of the toolbar and delete button. Thank for you advice.

Thanks for that nugget of information. It is strange as we had a spate of reports of the move function disappearing, so clearly this is something affecting some users at various times.
Have you tried using another browser? If so which browsers have you tried? If not, could you try another please?

Thank you - though I was using the toolbar until 2 days ago when it disappeared. If thats what they've done it makes the account totally unusable.
At least I can stop scratching my head now - thanks for your help.

Hi,
It seems the toolbar disappeared a few months ago during an upgrade (?) and there is no way to bring this back (at least no way that customers have found so far).
The other consequence of this is moving multiple emails to folders.
It's been reported to the developers that customers are missing the toolbar function. I shall add this to the report to the forum manager.
