Yesterday I spent over 30 minutes talking to a bank who were trying to send emails to my lineone.net address, none of which arrived then, or since. Today I received a letter from another company saying that they had tried to contact me by email at the same address, but had failed and would I please update my email address.
And yet, some emails are getting through. Any ideas ?

Please add the affected mail sending addresses in private notes in your community profile and I'll run a check on them.

Hi Ady - in the past, both companies have had no problems in getting to me. I am sure that I have not made any changes to my mail filters, as I am not sure where to find them in order to change anything.
An update on that - I do not have any filter rules.

Hi grandude, have you checked your mail filters in webmail to make sure you're not blocking them?
