-You will generally lose access to your TalkTalk email account once your subscription ends. This means you won’t be able to send or receive emails using that address.
-TalkTalk usually retains your emails for a limited period after your account is deactivated. However, this period can vary, and it’s important to back up any important emails before your subscription ends.
-TalkTalk does not provide a free email service separate from its broadband packages. Your email account will be reduced to a basic service and eventually deleted if we're unable to collect payment. If this happens your service will be restored once full payment has been made via My Account or by getting in touch with us.
