My take on the 'upgraded' full fibre services from Openreach is that they're primarily aimed at business users. There's a 9% wholesale annual standard price premium for the 1800/120 Openreach product versus the 1000/115 Openreach product. So not excessively costly and maybe will feature in ISP portfolios looking ahead. A new ONT will be required in the home.
