Our Broadband will drop randomly throughout the day. With or without anyone using it. the router seems to reboot come back online and then reboot again and again and again. then it will be stable for a few hours then drop again or twill be okay for a day. I logged on to the router and found this message - AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: [0], Terminal:OTHER - over and ovefr in the logs. I have reported this issue with support and had an Openreach engineer out who found a problem and fixed it. So is this the router or the broadband line. Any ideas?
