Hi,
For about 2 months now i have been getting Broadband Drop out, And phone drop out.
About every week i go to track my fault, where a fault is detected is supposedly investigated.
But nothing gets done about my problem, it has now got to the point where connection is Dropping out about every hour my current fault tracking ref No is REP-14064055. On the 5th march a router update was performed by talktalk and this has only made my problem worse
can somebody please help as i have a heart problem I rely on the phone.

I've completed a line test and this is clear - No faults detected.
