I'm sorry to hear this.
Eeros are only available on certain packages.
Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then take a look at this for you.

It depends on your contract. Even on upgrades to contracts an Eero may not be available.
If your router is faulty it will likely be replaced with a similar one.
If you can describe your issues and what you have done to try and rectify the issue (such as resetting it) staff will look into this further on their return after the weekend.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
