Royal mail have been but haven't delivered the router .

Our warehouse team have advised that the router is due to be delivered this morning by Royal Mail.

No I've not had any messages to say its been dispatched, I phoned talktalk yesterday they said it was been delivered yesterday but it hasn't.

We advise to allow 24-48hrs for the router to arrive once ordered.
