Cannot log into router

Had to do a hard reset of my router, as instructed by your team after a disconnection problem

Now I cannot log onto the router

The router is a Talktalk Super Router DG8041W

The default username and password (admin & admin) does not work

I'm not sure but I suspect the admin password is not admin.

 

Is there a lift up card on the back of the router? If so then your admin password will be on a sticker under this.

 

Doing a factory reset to the router reverts the router back yo original values.

Sorted now, thanks. Wasn't admin and admin, it had the password on the back of the router
