Ceasing broadband 25th April but broadband off today

Been passed around at least 8 agents on the chat. loyalty keep passing me to faults and they keep passing me back to loyalty. really need a number to call talktalk on.

Ah, OK. If you were changing to another provider then the one touch switch process should have made this smoother.

Belated question maybe, but did you use the one touch switch process, or cancel with TalkTalk directly?

There is no staff here any longer, and if disconnected early, I doubt it can be reinstated.

 

Try phoning 0345 172 0088 though.
