Dear TalkTalk

My name is Marina  I am writing this email regarding my TalkTalk Account 

Yesterday I recently changed my Password and set some Children’s Security Limitations on my account.

However, I blocked the following Social Media, but I am afraid these Applications still working and are not blocked. 

  • Tiktok
  • Rolblox
  • Facebook

May I kindly request you to please BLOCK the following Social Media and completely limit them from being used.

 

  • Tiktok
  • Rolblox
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
Also, I wanted to add Children's Homework Time Limitation from 9:00 pm to 7:30 am, but the TalkTalk showed an error and I could not do it. Please kindly limit Children Homework Timing from 9:00pm to 7:30am Monday to Friday.
 
Please take my request seriously and apply these changes into my Talktalk Router.

The next thing to do is to remove the settings turn off homesafe and on again then readd those settings.

Hi Andy

Thank you very much for your message and guidance. I did the same but  I am afraid the problem still there and I was unable to block those Social Medias.

 

I would appreciate if you can please tell me what should I do

Hi MMohammadtahir, have you tried turning off the router for an hour to clear existing settings and allow your new choices to be set? If not please do and let us know how you get on.
