My name is Marina I am writing this email regarding my TalkTalk Account
Yesterday I recently changed my Password and set some Children’s Security Limitations on my account.
However, I blocked the following Social Media, but I am afraid these Applications still working and are not blocked.
May I kindly request you to please BLOCK the following Social Media and completely limit them from being used.

The next thing to do is to remove the settings turn off homesafe and on again then readd those settings.

Hi MMohammadtahir, have you tried turning off the router for an hour to clear existing settings and allow your new choices to be set? If not please do and let us know how you get on.
