Digital Voice and eero

Under my new fibre package Talktalk sent me an eero today to replace my existing router. I have set it up and now see that there is no connection for my landline (digital voice). Do I need an adapter?

Yes thank you. The blue light for the phone flashes on and off. I have received phone calls on the landline but cannot phone out. Not too worried about this I only use my mobile to phone out.

@Cervelo2000, the error may be that you have not picked a label to help the message reach the right department. See below the message area in your new topic to select a label.

As a newcomer to the forum I’m not familiar with it. I was trying to reply via myiPhon e so that might have been the problem. But as you appeared to have solved Teach 13’s problem I thought this might be the easiest way to sort it.

I have tried to post as you suggested but getting a message which reads: “Correct the highlighted errors and try again” so pressing thePost button does not work. Any suggestions?

I have just discovered the same problem. A new eero but nowhere to plug in my phone line. If any TalkTalk staff monitor this can they make contact with me please

I've ordered the digital voice adapter, it should be with you within a couple of working days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery

Fibre 150 and Voice Package

I have another problem...my laptop picks up WiFi no problem but my iPhone says I am connected without internet.
