Hello,

My Eero 6 keeps selecting 5GHz at ch 140 or higher which is not compatible with most of my devices. This results in 2.4GHz being completely overloaded. How has this been fixed for other customers and please could the fix also be applied to me too?

Thank you.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately this has made no difference and 5 GHz ch 149 is selected again on rebooting the eero!! Therefore, I still have the problem.

kind regards

Apologies for the delay. This should now be resolved. Could you reboot the eero and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Thanks

Hi Chris,

is there any news of this fix being applied please? It’s a real pain when eero selects ch 149 and most of my devices disconnect from 5G and saturate the 2.4 G band.
Thank you.
