Evening,
About half an hour ago my eero box light turned red and all connection stopped.
I have no Internet at all, there is very little help regarding this problem and livechat/phone are closed.
Any help?

Morning,
I'm sorry for the delay. Is this still happening since your last post? Have you tried powering down the ONT and eero for 30 minutes and then retested again?

The very first search on Google gives this:-
I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
